No.125 B&B is run by locals Margaret and Eddie Morrison who come from a long line of Morrisons who have been born and bred in the Kinlochbervie area for  generations. So there is no one better to ask about where all the best fishing spots, walks and wildlife are.

All the rooms are comfortably decorated with coffee and tea making facilities, and T.V.

The Bed & Breakfast sits within a magnificent setting, a stone's throw away from Loch Innis. Even closer towards the loch Margaret & Eddie have a fantastic static caravan which is ideal for guests who are looking for a bit more privacy or it is available for use as an extra en-suite room for short stays.

The caravan sleeps up to six and is fully-equipped with cooking facilities so you can enjoy a full cooked breakfast while taking in this breathtaking view.

While you are here don't forget to visit some of our stunning beaches including the famous Sandwood Bay which, from the Bed & Breakfast, is only a 5 min drive to the car park and then a short walk to the beach.
